Converts 30 analog PSTN lines to a single 2Mbit/s PCM (E1) line

DUMAN CC device connects in parallel to 30 analog telephone lines and miltiplexes digitized voice data to a 2Mbit/s PCM frame (E1). Signalling information is created from line on hook/ off hook/ ring status and transfers via CAS timeslot according to specialized R1 protocol. It is possible to use internal clock in master mode, and locking to a input signal in slave mode. Signal produced by the DUMAN CC device can be easily transferred to a PC using 4x2Mbit/s PCI board DUMAN E1.

DUMAN CC is designed to be rack mountable (fits in 3U high and 34TE wide rack). Optionally, two DUMAN CC can be mounted in the same 19″ (84TE) rack. DUMAN CC consists of six 10x20cm boards conforming to double euro standard, one passive connectivity back panel, and one reglet board for easy phone line attachment.

Device operates on 48Vdc power. Optional adapter can be provided for 220VAC operation.
